We train future guides

In Horizontes we are professional trainers for guides in courses of more than 400 hours that include first aid and practices.

We train future guides in design and presentation of routes, technical skills, navigation, orientation, rescue, mechanic, material and customer service.

We work for the national employment service (SEPE) and the Basque employment service (Lanbide) and the certificate of professionalism that our students get if they pass the course is officially valid for national and international territory.

Also we offer a course for guides in Aínsa (Pyrenees) of five days in groups with a maximum of three riders to improve the points susceptible of evolution in a flexible program totally adapted to the guide.

Get trained in Canada

In horizontes-hmtb we are ambassadors of the Whistler Adventure School, official training school in outdoor sports in British Columbia. If you want to work and train as a guide in one of the best schools in the world and live a dream while you get certified with an official Canadian title, contact us and we will advise you comprehensively and resolve any questions so you can live this great adventure across the ocean.

Skills

We offer courses of essential skills applied to mountain biking that we combine with guided tours of a day or more if that is the need. Body position, curves, drops, etc. All this up to an intermediate-advanced level and starting from basic levels. Ask us and we will prepare a course suitable to your needs.

Mechanics

We have been working for years for schools and institutions giving bicycle mechanics courses, but also for companies or individuals. We offer both general and customized programs.
